Five beauty tips for putting your best foot forward while traveling this summer
Yes! there is a big, big difference in the way we pack for vacation compared to a quick business trip. I am no exception. I spend a great deal of time mapping each day of impending vacations as I want to be prepared for each and every possible occasion or activity that may come along (with the right outfit and shoes of course...). So as you can imagine I do show up at the airport with a lot of luggage for vacation. When I am on a quick business trip, well it is a different story.

Givenchy 9/11 Fashion Week show: A love letter to New York
I have to confess I was really trilled when I first heard that Riccardo Tisci has decided to open up his #NYFW SS2016 show to the public. Fashion week and hell! the whole high fashion/hautecouture thing has become the poster-child for exclusivity and a pathetic effort of celebrities of the-day to carve "a place" where only who's who in daily gossip can assemble without the riff-raff. (here comes the rant -- yes! during fashion week I care to see and read about the shows and the people who bring them to life, not about whether Kim Kardashian or the likes will be attending ... but that's me and I will say no more.)

Summer 2015 Tricky Trend: Burgundy Lips
This is the season when Hollywood celebrities and the who's who in Fashion all bring the best they have on the red carpet. From the extravaganza of the Met Gala to the latest Resort 2016 collections to, of course, the 2015 Cannes festival the ultimate goal is simply to out-shine the competition, so to say. Among all the glitz and glam, one trend that I particularly liked is the burgundy lips:
