It is perhaps unusual that smokey eyes are a trend for the summer months this year, but what the heck! -- you wanna go with the flow. And I have to admit that as impractical (and wrong) it may be to wear make up the beach, the combination of smokey eyes, wet hear, and bathing-suits we see in the fashion editorials is just to die-for. So here is my shipping list for pulling that look...
1. Quick-dry liquid eye marker with a felt tip applicator and a deep intense color.
2. An eyeliner with a creamy texture. Look for one with a precision point pen and free from parabens. I am partial to Pixie's.
3. Some mousse eyeliner. Yep, to do the smudging and give the smoldering effect.
